Do you feel like your life is constantly occupied with work, family and trivial matters? You are too busy to take care of yourself, both physically and mentally. Do not worry, we will discuss today how to begin a new chapter in a better life through prioritizing yourself.
In today’s fast-paced world, women are often asked to play multiple roles. According to a survey by USA Today, a third of Americans feel guilty for taking time out for themselves. However, 67% of them say that they need more time. This guilt is mainly due to the fact that since childhood we have been taught to care for others, but we don’t give ourselves enough attention.
When we take time to care for ourselves, we are better able to help those around us. As the safety instructions say on the plane: First, put on your oxygen mask. Then help others.
How can I practice self-priority when I am busy?
Make a plan

Plan ahead, don’t wait around for the time to come. Write down your self-improvement appointment on the calendar, and make sure you keep it. Make this time yours, whether it’s for 15 minutes in morning or 30 minutes at night.
Learn to Say No

Use fragmented time creatively
